EdelVibe Academy, located at 2847 Rue de Lausanne, Floor 3, Geneva, GE, 1202, Switzerland, provides private music instrument lessons (piano, violin, guitar, and wind instruments), group workshops, language tutoring in French, and cultural immersion programs, available both online and in-person.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
- Private Music Lessons: Individual instruction for piano, violin, guitar, and various wind instruments.
- Group Workshops: Collaborative learning sessions in music and arts.
- Language Tutoring: Specialized French language instruction.
- Cultural Immersion Programs: Experiences designed to deepen understanding of French culture and arts.
- Delivery Methods: Services are provided both online through virtual platforms and in-person at our Geneva premises.
3. User Obligations
Users of our online platform and participants in our programs agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering for services or courses.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of EdelVibe Academy and its instructors, including course materials and content.
- Conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during all online and in-person interactions.
4. Booking and Cancellations
Specific booking and cancellation policies for lessons, workshops, and programs will be communicated at the time of enrollment or booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property found on our website and provided during our services, including but not limited to course curricula, lesson plans, musical arrangements, and linguistic exercises, are the exclusive property of EdelVibe Academy or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on our content is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
EdelVibe Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
